Yes the minimum order requirement is US$ 500.
No! There is no MOQ. You can mix and match as much as you like :)
However, your total order should be above US $500 to be processed.
PAYMENT MODE
Once you receive the Invoice you can complete the payment by Wire Transfer or Paypal as per your convenience.
SHIPPING
Yes, we have been shipping all over the world since last 30 years. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
It depends on where you are. Orders once processed will take approximately 7-12 business days to reach you by Airfreight and typically between 20-30 days to reach you by Sea freight. Large quantity orders may take up more time as inventory will not always be available. Delivery details and regular updates will be provided once you place your order :)
Being a high value FedEx customer, we normally use "FedEx International Mail" for all our Air freight orders as they provide us with the best prices and the fastest delivery which we can pass on to you.
Whereas our shipping agents handle the Sea freight Cargo
We can also send the Goods FOB using your Shipping Agents.
Shipping rates are determined upon the total gross weight of your order.
We recommend Air Freight shipping for all low volume orders and Sea Freight for all quantities above 500 Kgs (1100 Lbs).
Let us know your order by adding required items to your quote and we will give you the best method and price.
All duties and taxes levied in the destination country, if any, will be borne by the customer.
PRODUCT AND PRICING
Sure! Since we are ONLY WHOLESALE TO THE TRADE you are bound to get the best prices. Add all your required products to the Quote list along with their desired quantities and we will give you the best price possible :)
Wherever you see detailed specifications of your product such as weight and length, those products are exclusive and you will get the same product which you see on the website.
Otherwise group product photos will give you a general idea about the type of quality that you can expect to receive in your order.
We have shot all our photos in studio quality lights which may be the cause of such discrepancy. However, we assure you that the difference will be minuscule and that no external colour correction has been done to the photos.
Due to the customs and banking laws in our country it is difficult to return or refund the amount paid. However, we will gladly accept all returns at any one of our trade shows around the world :)
